Ángel Gutiérrez and David Zurdo were born in Madrid. Both are technical engineers at UPM and studied physical sciences at UNED. Together, they have written over twenty books, including seven novels: El techo del mundo, El sótano, 97 segundos, La señal, 616. Todo es infierno, El legado de Jesús. El diario secreto de Da Vinci and El último secreto de Da Vinci. Their most recent novel won the Premio Hermética for the Novel, was translated into eight languages and has already sold over 100,000 copies.
